SHIPPING & RETURNS

All sales are considered FINAL unless there was a packing error on our end. If you feel that this is the case, please send an email to sales@idabglass.com with all the details including your Order# so that we can get it resolved for you. 

For most other return requests, please email sales@idabglass.com with the reason for your request. If the request is approved, you may return your order from iDab Glass within 10 days of the request approval but all items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags and must be shipped back with the same level of care that they were originally received in (inc. all bubble wrapping and/or packaging materials).

You are responsible for all return shipping charges which will be deducted from the refund price if we provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If we do not provide you a pre-paid return label, you will be responsible for providing us with the tracking information for your return.

We only accept returns from purchases made on idabglass.com 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All orders will require an adult signature upon delivery
